SANTIAGO, Chile--Spanish power company Endesa SA (ELEZY, ELE.MC) will go ahead with its plans for an $8 billion capital increase at its Chilean unit Enersis SA (ENI, ENERSIS.SN) if it can gain minority shareholder support for the stock issuance, the European company said Thursday.
